Upgraded instrumentation and Lidar inversion software

This report describes the upgrades made to the ground-based lidar instruments used in BeCoM and to the software that turns their raw signals into usable measurements. Together they underpin the water vapour and cloud observations the project relies on to study when contrails form and how long they last.
